Gene Edwards is the Court's Director of Legal Research and serves as a part-time Magistrate, hearing primarily eviction, garnishment, and other miscellaneous civil matters.  The Court's Legal Research Department consists of a full-time Staff Attorney and part-time law clerk positions as intern opportunities for law students.
