If you are unable to make your Court date for an EvictionsSmall Claims or Limited Driving Privileges Hearing case due to an unforseen emergency and do not have time to file for a continuance, please fill out the form below. All decisions are at the discretion of the magistrate and there is no guarantee a continuance will be granted.
